Join us at Gnomaste Wellness for our beginner level course, "Meditation for Beginners." This engaging virtual series is crafted for individuals of all ages looking to deepen their wellness journey through meditation. During the ten virtual sessions, participants will discover the benefits of meditation and essential meditation techniques. Led by our expert instructor Beth Holahan (trained by davidji) by the end of this course, participants will gain practical skills to incorporate meditation into their daily routines, foster mindfulness, and cultivate a peaceful state of being. Unlock the power of mindfulness in a fun, supportive environment that encourages you to thrive in your wellness journey. Join us every Thursday starting February 5th - April 9th. Sessions will be at 7pm ET via Zoom for a total of 40 minutes hour (30 minutes of instruction +meditation and 10 minutes for questions).
