Join us at Gnomaste Wellness for our beginner level course, "Meditation for Beginners." This engaging virtual series is crafted for individuals of all ages looking to deepen their wellness journey through meditation. During the ten virtual sessions, participants will discover the benefits of meditation and essential meditation techniques. Led by our expert instructor Beth Holahan (trained by David Ji) by the end of this course, participants will gain practical skills to incorporate meditation into their daily routines, foster mindfulness, and cultivate a peaceful state of being. Unlock the power of mindfulness in a fun, supportive environment that encourages you to thrive in your wellness journey. Join us every Wednesday starting September 10th- November 12th. Sessions will be at 7pm via Zoom for a total of one hour (50 minutes of instruction and 10 minutes for questions).
